The absence of in-room coffee or complimentary supplies was a letdown. Noisy surroundings make it hard to catch a decent night’s sleep. Access issues occurred when I needed coffee early, having to wait for someone to unlock the gates. Reception hours are limited to 9 AM to 3 PM, which isn’t flexible for most travelers.

The location couldn't be better, right on Gran Via with public transport easily accessible. The room felt modern and clean, complete with Netflix and excellent air conditioning.
